I used to be a waitress in a restaurant. Once,  a man carrying his baby came to me and asked me that can he change the baby's diaper on the chair around there. I thought it is convenient for him if he change the diaper there. However, when I want to say "yes", manager ran to us immediately and said no. The manager considered the other customers may be affected by the smell of the diaper, so she advised the man go to toilet to change the baby's diaper. I realised I did not consider comprehensively enough. I only thought of the man but I did not think of the other customers.

I have learnt that I should consider all the customers' needs when facing some problems. Before I do decisions, I must concern about who will be affected and what the result will be.
